Oooo... · pretty · pictures.

Been a very long time since I've posted. That puppy in my last post is now 2 years old and her name is Penelope. She is a sweetheart. Loves people, but is jealous of other dogs if I play with them, lol. I also have another pup, Sage, who is a year old now. He is blind in one eye, and is my grumpy old man. I love him! I suppose I should get some pics to post here.
I am working for TSS Photography now, as a photo editor/order entry person by week, and photographer by weekend (or weeknights) when needed. I am loving the work.
I get out a little more than I used to, but still would be considered a home-body. I wouldn't mind getting out more, just need to figure out what there is to do around here. I have made some great friends locally, mainly in Fort Worth and Arlington. I do miss my So Cal friends dearly though.
Had a fantastic weekend with Tracie Hoops. Still a bit exhausted. Slowly but surely getting my behind in gear. I will have work tomorrow, and this weekend is a costume/green card celebration party. I know what I would like to dress as, I just need to gather up the articles I would need to complete the outfit. To carve a pumpkin, or not to carve a pumpkin, that is the question. Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to present a work of art while on tired feet, and by tired, I mean exhausted, or to fore-go the glory of competition for a few hours extra sleep..... etc. etc.

It's hard not being completely connected to the rest of the world. I feel like a flake for not keeping up with everything I get myself involved in when I can get online. I miss out on so much information too. I feel so behind on the times! Especially since I am now living in Texas... and not getting out much.



Say hello to my new puppy. No name yet. She has a cleft lip, so I've had her since she was 1 day old, bottle feeding her. This is her at 20 days. I haven't named her yet, I wanted to wait and she what she is going to be like.

It's been so long since I've been on that I haven't shared that I have had a cat for over 2 years now. Her name is Ivy. She is a fantastic cat. Friendly, loving but not clingy, just all around great.

So... here I am sitting at a desk. I'm at work, and there is nothing to be done. It's a sort of conundrum. I am happy that I have no difficult tasks to complete, but then I am left with nothing else to do. I can sit and day dream. I suppose I can read a little, but I am working up to that, not quite in the mood yet. I can post something on livejournal... oh wait, that is what I am doing, but it won't last forever, will it? At least I am sure you hope it won't, lol. Hmm, I see a crayola marker sitting near by, mayhap I will doodle! I see the beginnings of a cute little country-side scene!

I seem to disappear and reappear... randomly.

Went to the snow back in January, before school started up again.


I am taking a photography class, and so I am constantly taking pictures of things I find aesthetically pleasing.

and then...

My grandmother died on Valentine's day.

Right now I'm not really into doing all my school work. So, I'm slacking a bit.
Also, my new obsession: Prison Break... i.e. Wentworth Miller. Hot hot hot. lol.
